Important Note on Digital Products
We review each request for digital products individually. Under the statutory conditions, the withdrawal right may lapse once digital content has already been provided. Independently of this, we distinguish between statutory withdrawal, technical remediation, and possible goodwill decisions.

Return and Withdrawal Policies
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right before the deadline expires.
Note on the expiration of the withdrawal right for digital content under Section 356 (5) German Civil Code:
For contracts covering digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the withdrawal right expires once we begin performance and you expressly agreed that execution starts before the withdrawal period ends while acknowledging that this causes the withdrawal right to lapse.
2. Individual review for digital-product cases
At PremiumElite, we review each case carefully. For digital content, we separate statutory withdrawal, technical remediation, and possible goodwill solutions:
- Legal review: We review whether a statutory withdrawal right still exists in the specific case.
- Remedy first: If the issue concerns access or functionality, we first review technical help, replacement access, or another remedy.
- Evidence-based decision: For digital content, we review delivery status and documented customer confirmations before making a final legal assessment.
- Goodwill remains possible: In justified exceptional situations, we may still offer a goodwill solution, but there is no automatic entitlement.
This structure allows immediate delivery of digital products while still ensuring that support, legal review, and goodwill are handled in a clean and transparent way.
This process lets us provide access immediately after purchase without losing track of the legal and operational review of later requests.
Notice regarding chargebacks and payment reversals
Please contact our support team first if you have questions about charges, access, activation, technical issues, or an intended withdrawal. In the event of access or functionality issues, we first review whether support or cure is possible.
A payment reversal initiated without factual legal grounds, such as a chargeback, PayPal dispute, Klarna dispute, or another reversal, may be treated as unjustified or abusive in the individual case and reviewed legally.
If additional bank, payment, or processing costs arise due to an unjustified payment reversal culpably caused by the customer, we may claim these costs as damages. The chargeback and processing costs regularly invoiced to us by payment service providers or their banking and payment partners, in particular Klarna, PayPal, credit card companies, or other acquirers, regularly amount to at least EUR 43.75. You remain entitled to prove that no damage occurred at all or that the damage was substantially lower. Statutory consumer rights, in particular in the event of a justified withdrawal or justified defect rights, remain unaffected.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Important under Sections 327 and 356 of the German Civil Code: For digital content, the withdrawal right may lapse once performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement. We review whether these legal conditions are actually documented in the individual case.
4. Technical issues and warranty
If you experience technical issues with your purchased premium memberships, we are of course available to help. If a product does not work as described, please contact our support team immediately.
In justified cases, we offer the following solutions:
- Resolution of technical issues with the premium membership
- Provision of alternative access details if required
- In exceptional cases: refund of the purchase price or exchange for an equivalent product
- Individual solutions depending on the nature of the issue
Where required by law, we must first be given the opportunity to review the case and provide cure before a payment dispute is escalated solely because of an access or functionality issue.
